Yoga by Kotte
If you are looking for a bit of a yoga challenge, then this class is for you. We 100% guarantee that you’ll get your sweat on! In this class we will build strength by keeping alignment in our bodies, we don’t hold postures but instead move through them. Yoga by Kotte’s classes are accessible, fun and open to anyone at any level.
